the Bear waited for Tobi to get close enough, before it raised one of it's huge paws, and was about to hit Tobi with it.

The bear struggled around for a few seconds, before finally dying.

Hidan had watched what happened, and asked Sasori and Tobi, "....why'd ya save me for?"
